• Spearheading an educational initiative serving over 40 Spanish-speaking families navigating high school and college pathways and development of skills in my church and community.
• Facilitating 3+ workshops and/or academic planning sessions weekly to increase family engagement and educational awareness of future options.
• Connecting with professional counselors, advisors, and guest speakers including Luis Moros to provide expert guidance on academic and mental health resources.
• Developing bilingual educational materials such as booklets and flyers to improve access to information critical for future education planning.
• Mentoring 10+ high school students through long-term academic, leadership, and personal development support.

• Co-leading leadership and mental health workshops focused on youth empowerment and personal growth.
• Organizing community events serving students and families throughout the local community such as workshops that have impacted over 100 migrant Hispanic students.

• Designing and directing a mentorship program to provide free counseling to students to guide them towards their college path.
